It says for me after first few seconds after launch:
"Unable to find file:

C:\Users\<there is my username>\AppData\Roaming\Final Battle"
It might be because my username isn't in latin but I see this error first time despite playing many RPG games here.
I tried creating "Final Battle", I also tried to set StorageOnAppdata to 0, but it doesn't work.
